The Kite runner
Hello!!!!!! This is Deeksha again, and I'm here to tell you all about another story that I read. Today's blog is all about my all time favorite novel "The kite runner." This is one of the book that was suggested by my friend and I'm glad that I read this amazing book. Cover photo " The Kite runner " is a story of two close friends Amir and Hassan . The story is set in Kabul, one of the districts in Afghanistan . The story is written during the fall of Afghanistan's monarchy and the rise of Taliban regime. Amir is a son of a wealthy merchant and a Pashtun boy, where as Hassan,a hazara boy is a servant who works for Amir's father.Flying kites were one of the best sport played in the streets of Afghanistan. Hassan is a successful kite runner for Amir. These two kids used to spend a lot of good time with each other's. Amir also used to narrate the stories written by him to Hassan.
